GoodPlants Succulents Terms and Conditions of Sale

TERMS OF SALE
Payment must be via Paypal, a secure payment processing provider.
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are correct at the time of currency.
All prices not  include Tax at current rates.
Items are sold subject to availability.
We supply mainly to the Canada & USA. Orders outside of the North America are not available subject to completion of phytosanitary certification. Please apply for further information. Despatch is within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order. This may vary over public holidays or during cold spells when we will delay postage.

DELIVERY
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
If you receive plants that arrive damaged, please contact us via the website, and we will endeavour to refund or replace items as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY
Any item that is damaged on arrival is eligible for replacement or a full refund.
Any money owed will be refunded within 7 days of notification.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER
Our email newsletter is sent a few times every month with the latest news and offers from GoodPlants Succulents. Your data will be stored securely, and emails will be sent via Mailchimp – please see their privacy policy for more information. You can opt-out at any time.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

We store relevant transaction information when you place an order, including name, delivery address and contact information. This information is used to process your order, and when you create an account, this information is securely stored to improve your checkout experience for future orders. Please contact us if you would like your account to be deleted.

We keep records of orders for 2 years. These can be viewed when you log in to your account. After two years have passed, we may remove this information, so it is worth keeping transnational emails if you require this information for longer.

PRIVACY POLICY
The information we collect is for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never pass or distribute this information to anyone. Please contact us if you would like your information permanently deleted.
